Welcome to Bistro Brevé!

Just a few steps from Koka and Björns Bar, we’ve opened a small and cozy bistro — or perhaps a romantic neighbourhood restaurant. Either way, what we’re trying to create is a place that brings together French and Swedish cooking with a generous dose of Gothenburg warmth.


Everything is made from scratch. No fuss — just food that makes you happy.


We take reservations for half of the restaurant and keep the rest of the seats open for drop-ins. The idea is that it should feel easy to stop by for a bite to eat, or simply a glass of wine at the bar.


Let us welcome you to your new favourite neighbourhood spot — a place that, even though it’s brand new, feels like it has always been there. Or perhaps more accurately, a place that always should have been

DRINK WELL AT BISTRO BREVÉ

Here, drinking well comes without fuss. At the bar we serve small, ice-cold cocktails that are batched in advance so they’re always perfect when they reach the table.

 

Quick, elegant, and just as refreshing as a really good cocktail should be.

On the wine side, we naturally lean toward France – it feels right in a bistro. But we’ve also picked a few favourites from other corners of the wine world. Bottles we simply enjoy drinking ourselves.
